Biography
Enzo Caponetti is a researcher and lecturer in the European Studies Unit (ESU) of the University of Liege (Belgium), where he is also conducting a doctoral research on sensitive intangible technologies transfers and academic proliferation. Since 2022 he is the regional coordinator of North and West Africa of the EU Partner-to-Partner export control programme for dual-use goods (EU P2P). His areas of expertise are non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction through the control of international trade¿notably in dual-use goods and technologies¿, arms control, strategic trade, and EU governance.
