Missions

The Legal Affairs Department accompanies the members of the university community by ensuring in particular:

  • the negotiation and drafting of contracts
  • legal counsel
  • the establishment of regulations and statutes
  • dispute resolution
  • insurance management
  • the follow-up of legislation
  • relations with external legal professions (lawyers, notaries,...)
