• Internship contract for student hosted by ULiège . This document is intended to modulate the reception of any external student within ULiège to perform an internship enrolled in his curriculum within his/her home institution.
• Internship contract for ULiège student hosted in an outside organisation. This document is intended to modulate the internship, as written in its curriculum, carried out by any student of ULiège within an outside organisation.
• Risk analysis sheet. This document must be completed by any supervisor and attached to the internship contract.
• Bilateral confidentiality agreement. This document is intended to modulate the reciprocal exchanges of confidential information between ULiège and a contracting party.
• Mutual non-disclosure agreement. This document is the English version of the bilateral confidentiality agreement, which is intended to modulate the reciprocal exchanges of confidential information between ULiège and a co-contractor.
• Unilateral confidentiality agreement. This document is intended to modulate the transmission of confidential information by ULiège to a contracting party.
• Unilateral confidential disclosure agreement. This document is the English version of the one-sided confidentiality agreement, which is intended to modulate the transmission of confidential information by ULiège to a co-contractor.
• Material transfer agreement for material received by ULiège. This document is intended to modulate the transfer to ULiège of equipment belonging to a contracting party.
• Material transfer agreement for material sent by ULiège. This document is intended to modulate the transfer to a contracting party of material (biological...) belonging to ULiège.
