General Archives Department: deposits and donations

The General Archives Department holds the archives of departments whose final fate is final conservation. Before any transfer, a deposit slip must be completed. This is a document describing, by box, the contents of the files to be handed over to the general archives department. It must be drawn up in duplicate: one for the transferring department and one for the archives department.

The general archives department also accepts, after validation, archive donations (researcher archives, student association archives, archives of former professors, etc.). An agreement must be drawn up with the depositor. For further information, please contact us.
