SOU's RGPD mention

The data collected by the University Orientation Service of the University of Liège is used to help with the orientation and reorientation of students and future students; to evaluate student projects; to carry out motivational interviews; to measure the effectiveness of the orientation system. The data will be kept for 10 years. They will be processed on the basis of a mission of public interest recognized to the University of Liège by the Decree of 7/11/2013 defining the landscape of higher education and the academic organization of studies, article 148, paragraphs 2 and 5. These data will not be transmitted to third parties. 

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), you may exercise your rights relating to this personal data (right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition, portability and withdrawal of consent) by contacting sou@uliege.be or, failing that, the ULiège Data Protection Officer (dpo@uliege.be - Monsieur le Délégué à la Protection des Données, Bât.
