Information on the processing of your personal data 

The University of Liège Communications Department processes personal data in order to, depending on the situation:

• Offer you the opportunity to respond to surveys organized by university ranking bodies;
• Inform you about higher education opportunities at the University of Liège;
• Provide your students with information about higher education opportunities at the University of Liège;
• Organize press conferences;
• Maintain a link between the University of Liège and its contacts. This includes sending invitations to events organized by the University of Liège, regular information on the University's activities, etc. ;

This data will be processed, depending on the situation, on the basis of consent (RGPD, art. 6-1, a.) or legitimate interest (RGPD, art. 6-1, f.). They will be stored and processed, unless you indicate otherwise or withdraw your consent or, for as long as you are likely to be interested in communications from the University of Liège.

Depending on the circumstances, this data may be passed on to the following third parties:

• university ranking organizations.
• University subcontractors for the dispatch of paper mail.
