ith the publication of its strategie de gestion des ressources humaines en recherche (HRS4R), ULiège transparently describes its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the actions it wishes to develop. Using the proposed European tool (HR Strategy for researchers), ULiège undertakes to deploy its strategy in line with internal quality processes, with biennial institutional self-evaluation, and to contribute to an external evaluation every 4 years.
