LibQUAL+
The ULiège Library, wishing to better adapt its missions and its policy to the digital needs of the university community, has chosen to periodically perform an overall quality survey with its users.
The LibQUAL+ method, developed by the Association of American Research Libraries (ARL), is intended to periodically assess the public and university library services which desire to do so, thus promoting the exchange of good practices.
A libQUAL+ survey was performed at ULiège in 2009 and in 2015.
