Biography
I am a researcher in the field of behavioral and evolutionary ecology. My main interest is to study animals' responses to global changes such as climate change, habitat fragmentation, and the introduction of exotic species. My research approach integrates both experimental and field studies to assess the impact of environmental modifications on the phenotype (behavioral, morphological, and physiological) and life history traits of organisms. My study models primarily focus on amphibians and reptiles. Better understanding species' responses and their potential for adaptation to global changes can help predict the future of natural populations and eventually develop conservation practices. As the director of the High Fens Scientific Station, my goal is to develop research projects on High Fens species from a conservation biology perspective
