Board of Directors

he Board of Directors (C.A.) is the decision-making body of the University of Liège. Overseen by the Rector, the Board of Directors, whose composition and responsibilities are defined by the law, meet each month in order to decide on the issues with which they are faced.

The Board can delegate some of its responsibilities to an Executive Committee (B.E.) the composition of which it determines.
