Routes to SEGI
Coming from Namur
Take the NAMUR - LIEGE freeway.
Leave the freeway at the SERAING exit (just before the LONCIN interchange). This will take you to the A604 freeway down towards the Meuse (a few kilometers).
Leave this freeway at the 2nd JEMEPPE exit (at the bottom just before the SERAING bridge, this is the end of the freeway).
At the traffic lights, turn left towards LIEGE. Follow the MEUSE river.
Take the first exit on the right and cross the OUGREE bridge. Continue straight on uphill. You are now on the N63.
At the top of the hill, leave the N63 in the direction of ULg, Université de Liège. You're now on the N680, which you should follow for a few hundred meters. Take the first exit on the right to enter the university grounds.
At the traffic circle, take the first right towards the CHU (Boulevard de Colonster). After 300 m, turn right into Parking P32 "SEGI" - Bâtiment B26.
From Brussels
Take the BRUXELLES - LIEGE freeway.
At the LONCIN interchange (about ten kilometers before LIEGE center), you have a choice:
First option:
Take the motorway slip road towards LIEGE or LUXEMBOURG. This joins the A602 - E25 freeway
Follow the road all the way down towards Liège. At the bottom of the descent, stay on the freeway in the direction of LUXEMBOURG (no longer Liège). The freeway passes over a viaduct and enters a tunnel some 2 km long under the Cointe hill, returning to daylight at Chênée (watch out for speed cameras along this stretch).
Leave the freeway at the EMBOURG - UNIVERSITE SART TILMAN exit. Pass the bridge over the Ourthe on your right and turn left towards SART TILMAN.
Continue straight ahead - do not turn left towards Tilff - and climb up to the university estate via the "Boulevard du Rectorat".
Go straight on past the CHU traffic circle to the next roundabout, then back towards the CHU (Boulevard de Colonster). After 300 m, turn right into Parking P32 "SEGI" - Bâtiment B26.
Second option (shorter but more "tortuous" route):
Take the freeway slip road towards NAMUR - SERAING.
Follow the signs for SERAING and you'll reach the A604 freeway heading down towards the Meuse (a few kilometers).
Leave this freeway at the 2nd JEMEPPE exit (just before the SERAING bridge, this is the end of the freeway).
At the traffic lights, turn left towards LIEGE. Drive along the MEUSE river.
Take the first exit on the right and drive over the OUGREE bridge. Continue straight ahead uphill. You are now on the N6.
At the top of the hill, leave the N63 in the direction of ULg, Université de Liège. You are now on the N680, which you should follow for a few hundred meters. Take the first exit on the right to enter the university grounds.

From Antwerp
Take the ANTWERP - LIEGE freeway.
On the outskirts of Liège, DO NOT take the LIEGE direction straight ahead (as this is the end of the freeway), but take the NAMUR - SERAING direction.
Pass ROCOURT and ALLEUR.
At the LONCIN interchange (some ten kilometers before LIEGE center), you have a choice:
First option (described above under the heading "EN VENANT DE BRUXELLES").
Second option (described above under "COMING FROM BRUSSELS").
En venant de Maastricht ou Aix
Join the E40 - E25 motorway junction at CHERATTE (on the banks of the Meuse).
Follow signs for BRUXELLES - E40.
Leave the Antwerp freeway to one side, then pass ROCOURT and ALLEUR.
At the LONCIN interchange (some ten kilometers before LIEGE center), you have a choice:
First option (described above under the heading "COMING FROM BRUSSELS").
Second option (described above under "COMING FROM BRUSSELS").
Coming from the Ardennes or Luxembourg
Freeway LUXEMBOURG - LIEGE.
Leave the freeway at the EMBOURG - UNIVERSITE SART TILMAN exit (this follows the Tilff - Beaufays exit). Pass the bridge over the Ourthe on your left, then turn left towards SART TILMAN.
Continue straight ahead - do not turn left towards Tilff - and climb up to the university estate via the "Boulevard du Rectorat".
Go straight over the CHU traffic circle, and take the 2nd road on the left, called "Grande traverse".
At the crossroads (after 100 m), go straight ahead. You're now in Parking P32 "SEGI" - Building B26.
