Departments involved in a quality approach all face similar challenges, and generally use the same quality management tools in pursuit of similar objectives.

reated and run by and for university departments, the Réseau Qualité des Laboratoires (RQLab)'s main mission is to form and organize a "center of gravity" for university departments involved - or wishing to become involved - in quality (centralization and pooling of information and resources, assistance in setting up quality systems, training, internal audits, etc.). The RQLab is open to all university departments, whatever their field of activity, and whatever their quality approach.
