Gender and Equality: Human Resource Management in Research

Several ULiège research teams are developing initiatives ranging from gender awareness to gender research, including representation of the University in national and international commissions.

Integrative actions are developed in the framework of the Human Resources Management Strategy for Research (HRS4R) implementing the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. A steering committee composed of representatives of the main actors and stakeholders of this issue at ULiège has been set up to develop the action plan 2017-2020.

The implementation of the 3rd action plan 2017-2020 is supervised by a steering committee composed of representatives of university authorities, academics, researchers and administrative staff.
