Financial Resources Administration
Missions
The Financial Resources Administration (ARF) has for missions to:
- assist the Rector and the Board of Directors by providing them with the tools and data needed to develop institutional financial and budgetary policies
- design and manage the budget and accounting information system (SAP) and ensure optimal management of financial resources
- assist and control departments in their financial management
- draw up the legal documents (balance sheet, income statement, etc.) and manage the relations with the guardianship, the Court of Auditors and the auditors.
- supervise and coordinate the activity of executive secretaries who ensure data entry into the centralised management system.
