Financial Resources Administration
Missions
The Financial Resources Administration - ARF - assists the Authorities and the Board of Directors by providing them with the tools and data they need to draw up corporate financial and budgetary policies.
It ensures optimum management of financial resources and manages the budgeting and accounting information system (SAP).
It assists and controls departments in their financial management.
It draws up legal documents (balance sheet, income statement, etc.) and manages relations with the supervisory authorities, the Cour des Comptes, banks and auditors.
It supervises and coordinates the activities of the executive secretaries who, within their own departments or administrations, enter data into the centralized management system.
